SEMINAR PROGRAMME:
Research has proven that the culture of a business is formed by its leadership, as well as, maintained and enhanced by leaders enforcing the culture with goals and accountability. Further to this point, over the past 18 months around the world, the #1 Access GE – MGEC Advantage customer requested workshop has been helping leaders develop or refresh their company culture (vision-mission-value implementation).

Attend this seminar to:

  • Design or refresh vision, mission and value
  • Develop implementation plan to socialize and communicate through organization
  • Create behaviors for each level of employee to measure for accountability
  • Share an accountability model for leaders to coach for success

The seminar will share principles to enable successful leaders to define and refine their company’s culture. The presenters will also share the tools and principles they have used to coach and mentor employees (and customers) to enable their daily actions to support company culture by setting relevant goals and maintaining accountability.
