TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Payment Terms

The mentioned price includes:

  • Hotel Stay
  • Round trip airport transfers
  • Conferences and Workshops
  • Specified items in the tour

*The above price excludes airfares, visa fees and meals

100% payment of the amount. The payment shall be conducted either in cash or credit/debit card. The stated amount is exclusive of VAT which if applicable are payable by the client in addition to the stated amount.

2.Cancellation Policy

All cancellations shall be done in written form via e-mail. In case of cancellation requested by the client 14 days or less prior to the start of the arranged dates of the course, the client covers all invoiced costs occurred. If the cancellation takes place not less than 15 days prior to the start of the arranged dates of the course, a cancellation fee (50% of the total cost) will be charged to the client.
