Dareen Zoughbi, the CEO of Nadereen Consultancy, presented a workshop on how to boost emiritisation strategically through a set of proprietary tools. The framework helps organizations assess their current talent and readiness to move to the new phase of Emiratisation 2.0. The new phase for Emiratisation will go beyond meeting quotas, she says, into nurturing nationals into committed leaders.

Dareen Zoughbi is the CEO of Nadereen Consultancy; an advisory and business research firm based in Abu Dhabi. Dareen has over 13 years of experience in business development and research. She held leadership roles with organizations such as Humana Inc., Emirates Advanced Investments and UNDP. Dareen successfully conducted similar initiatives to NAF in organizations, including one who had more than 100 nationals. Mrs. Zoughbi is the Chairwoman of AmCham Women in Business, a signatory of the Women Achieve Initiative and an Advisor to the MENA Council. She holds an MBA degree (distinction) from Alliance Manchester Business School.
